When the owners reached out to me for a porch railing and patio paver replacement, I was more than happy to help. The porch railing was in dire need of replacement, and the patio pavers were crumbling. I replaced the old railing with maintenance-free vinyl railing and posts, and rebuilt the steps on a level base independent of the patio pavers. To keep animals out and add curb appeal, I installed a maintenance-free vinyl composite skirt around the entire porch. The patio pavers were then removed, a new leveling base was applied, and new pavers were installed. To finish off, I applied a polymer-based sand between the joints to lock the pavers in place and prevent weeds from growing through the cracks.
